What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

I just got my Semen report and i need know if it is ok.. Volume: 2 ml Color : Whitish Viscosity: (+++) Liquefaction Time: 180 Mins Pus Cells: 10-12 RBCs: 2-3 Spermatogenic cells: - Normal Morphology: 70% Abnormal Morphology: 30% Total Sperm Count: 90 mill/cumm

Hello

Report suggests semen infection.
Infection is indicated by presence of excess pus cells in semen and increased liquefaction time of semen.RBC in semen may be due to infection.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI.

You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis and scrotum.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.
You need antibiotics for infection.

Rest of the findings like sperm count and morphology are within normal limit.
